Return Policy

At Daniel & Sarah Toronto, we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Return Conditions

• Items can only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached
• Trying on items is allowed, but extended wear is not accepted
• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted

Return Process

1. Please request your return by contacting us at info@danielandsarahtoronto.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

Responsibility

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, the responsibility lies with the customer.
• Any address changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
